Next topic of research: Benchmarking the financials, a global view |

The Board of Management has lent its support to a proposal for the next area of ICCO research: a global benchmarking of the most relevant financials for public relations consultancies. These include key performance ratios as well as charge-out rates and salary levels. The study will commence during the last week of November, and the findings will be made available by early 2009.
