Industry Highlights According to a recent survey of the Council of Public Relations Firms of its members, firms and their clients are increasingly less certain about the business environment for the second half of this year, though the overall outlook remains positive. With 38% responding that their feelings were “mostly optimistic” and an additional 56% saying that things could go either way, most of us will have to wait and see what the future holds….
